It was a lot of fun and convenient for me. Also very reasonable. Much cheaper than the FIT dorms. Important for my DAD. Over the summer John had several europeans who stayed for a few months. Right next to the A express train and short walk to IRT 3 lexington 4 line. I had my own room. Not shared LOL ! Beats the Dormitories ! I stayed at John’s place for a year.
