Internships are crazy good experience, but they can definitely be a source of stress at times. To help you overcome intern challenges, here is a stress-busting workout that you can try when you get home from a long day. It only takes 10 minutes, and I promise that you will feel better after it's completed. Then you can decide if you want to exercise more or just call it a day. Either way, you will get your heart rate up and take the edge off. Happy de-stressing, interns!

Your alarm clock blares in your ear as you wake up for another day at the internship. You rush around, throwing on your slacks and making yourself look presentable for another day of work. As you power walk to work, you devour a granola bar and finally open the doors to the company, 15 minutes early. You work tirelessly all day long and turn in around 7 in the evening. Exercise? No, there just isn't enough time for an intern to squeeze a workout in, or so you think.

We all know that sometimes our beds are just too comfy and finding the motivation to go to the gym is a challenge! If you regularly go to the gym but are in a crunch for time, or if you don't like going to the gym, here are some easy exercises that you can do right in your own room!
