Objective: The goal of the Boston magazine marketing internship program is to fully immerse students in a Marketing and Event Planning magazine environment. All Marketing interns will work closely with the Marketing and team on a daily basis, with focus on marketing materials, event preparation, prospecting, and event execution.

Internship Duties: 

Curriculum: Specific internship requirements can be tailored to suit individual interests and academic pursuits. Some general assignments will include:
– Event preparation and execution
– Maintaining presence on social media – researching and writing content
– Creating and distributing internal office newsletter
– Maintaining and managing marketing inventory and supplies
– Assisting sales and marketing team in fact-checking ads and documents
– Researching and building database lists
Summary: Marketing interns must be detail oriented, organized, and enthusiastic while working events. Interns must also be available to attend multiple events outside of normal working hours, including nights. We are looking for hard-working and outgoing candidates who are able to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Past event and/or marketing experience is helpful.

We are looking for FASHION WEEK interns to be a part of our fashion activities this season. This is a short-term internship, for Fashion Week only, where our interns will get an inside look at the busiest time in the industry and be able to put this Fashion Week experience on their resumes.

We're looking for interns who can make themselves available between the dates of February 11th - 16th 2016, which will include both daytime and evening hours. Hours will be based around our runway shows & fashion events, which will be finalized soon, but we can be flexible based on our interns needs. Specifically, we will have a training/prep day on Feb 11th (this is flexible), and we are definitely handling 5 Runway Shows on FEBRUARY 15 (not flexible), so avails on those dates are key.

For this internship, we're looking for interns with a specific interest in Fashion. The intern will assist in many PR, social media, and special events activities during a series of runway shows and press events in Manhattan. Love of fashion and experience with social media is a must. The interns will gain invaluable hands on experience in the Fashion PR industry, working directly with the Principal Partner at AMP3 PR.

Are you creative? Do you like editing and producing video? Does the thoughts of animation keep you up at night? We are looking for creative minds who will take an idea and run with it.

As a video and graphics assistant, you will have the opportunity to take raw material and polish it into a professional video, creative graphics for programs and websites, edit audio and video, and record voiceovers.

Responsibilities include graphic design, video production/editing, audio production/editing, voiceovers, adding intro and outros to audio, and more.

Must have knowledge and access to Photoshop or other graphic design tools; video and audio editing programs/software. Also much understand the difference between digital publishing online vs print publishing or be willing to learn. You must be creative and able to take charge with little instruction after initial specs. This intern will be working directly with the marketing team, so creativity is a must. Cannot stress that enough.
