Our organization has been a part of the South Florida community for nearly 50 years, starting with the flagship publication Gold Coast. We produce six regional lifestyle magazines and four interior design magazines. With our main office located just off the scenic Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, we are in the heart of the excitement and action of a growing South Florida market.

Internship Duties: 

Get a behind-the-scenes look at how a magazine is created and find out if this is the career for you.

Responsibilities of the internship include:

Developing themes and content

Managing editorial archives and our annual charity register

The ideal candidate should:

Possess strong use of AP style

Angeleno magazine, a monthly L.A. lifestyle glossy, is now accepting applications for its unpaid fall 2014 editorial internships. Fall positions run from August-December 2014. The publication focuses on fashion, dining, nightlife, home design, beauty, travel, Hollywood and the arts.

INTERNSHIP DUTIES:
The internship program is for the benefit of our interns. Training covers all aspects of the editorial side of the magazine business, including fact-checking, story research and writing, pulling images, and special event coverage. Graduates of the program have gone on to entry-level positions at Elle Décor, Self, The Hollywood Reporter, Departures, More, Flaunt, the L.A. Times, Gayot.com and BizBash.

All applicants must be enrolled in college and eligible to receive credit for their participation in the program, and are required to commit to a two-day rotation per week from 10am to 6:30pm.
