Internship Duties: 

We are seeking a high-energy, detail oriented, creative, passionate, get-it-done intern for a beauty company with an exciting, growing luxury brand sold online and in brick and mortar retailers. Ideal internship for someone wanting to hands on experience working at the intersection of branding, marketing, sales and public relations. Intern will report directly on a team that includes the Creator of brand, a unique opportunity.

-Must be a recent graduate or college student currently enrolled in school and pursuing a BS/BA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or English related communications field. No High School students.
-Must love beauty
-Must have a high-energy, outgoing, bubbly personality
-Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook e-mail required
-Must possess excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail
-Must be familiar with using social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
-Must have your own smart phone and transportation.

As part of the internship, you may have the opportunity to be a part of the preparation for, and the execution of, press events, video and/or photo shoots, trunk shows, store appearances, sales, strategy meetings, and other customer and press facing events. The intern will also have the opportunity for sales training and on the floor interaction with customers and professionals in the beauty, health, and wellbeing sphere. You may also perform general office duties, shipping, and product inventory. This is an ideal internship for someone wanting to see how all different parts of a business come together in a direct, hands-on way. Approximately 20 total hours a week and must be available within any of the following windows: Thursday and Friday 8:00-6:00pm, Monday and Tuesday 8:00-12:30pm, Wednesday 8:00-3:30pm, and/or Saturdays 10:00-6:00pm. Although all internships are unpaid, there is a travel/lunch stipend provided. If an intern is currently in school he or she may receive academic credit for the internship. This is what is awesome about fashion. It’s a personal expression that reflects your personality, but, like any part of you, you can change at any time. We think, for the better.

We want to bring friends together to talk fashion, recommend things, and make the world a more stylishly fun place.

What Goes With This is a rapidly growing fashion community where you can ask questions, give recommendations and discover style inspiration.

● Growing our community! You are the type of person that all of your friends go to for new and cool things, like new websites to join. ● Being a fashionista! You are a personal stylist to basically all of your friends and family. You have a lot of ideas and love fashion. You want to work in the fashion space and are looking to build experience. You’re excited to be part of something entrepreneurial where you can work on things that make a difference. You’ll spend 20% of your time coming up with your own ideas and projects, so we like it when you aren’t just looking for a job with really strict guidelines and you like to make your own rules.

You’ll be part of a small, energetic company that is growing rapidly, and are looking for people who are self-starters and will thrive in an unstructured, early stage startup environment. We love being the hub for every fashion question and helping people look and feel great in what they wear. We hope to find a like-minded interns to join the team. We are looking for a Business Development intern who can help us grow our relationships mostly with university student housing and college campuses, as well as property management companies and property owners. The ideal candidate would be available to work two days a week from 9-4 at our Venice Beach office.

Candidates must have extremely strong interpersonal skills, love to establish relationships and be diligent with follow-ups to potential partners. You will be working a team focusing on different marketing strategies within Radpad.

Your Job Is To:

Reach out to new property management companies and individual property owners to have them list their properties on RadPad.

· Contact new prospective partners via phone and email

· Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) to track progress until your contacts list on RadPad

· Follow up with your contacts to understand their experience and provide feedback to the team

· Encourage them to renew their listings or add new ones

· Train partners on how to use RadPad

What You Need:
