Gorgeous PR
Gorgeous PR is a fast-growing, boutique public relations firm with over a decade's experience in representing clients in the entertainment industry; clients range from artists to galleries, from writers and directors to films, from singers and bands to record labels.
We are seeking two dedicated Summer interns for the 2012 season for Gorgeous PR. This position is ideal for film students, public relations or communications students, or anyone who has an interest in how entertainment publicity works.
Our ideal candidate has impeccable written and verbal communication skills; is well-organized, self-motivated and efficient; has more than a passing interest communications or journalism, with a keen interest in publicity and promotions. You MUST be available for a minimum of 30 hours a week and have reliable transportation.
Interns who join the Gorgeous PR team are given the opportunity to learn all areas of public relations in a positive working environment. Your duties will include general clerical assistance, database research, executing mailings and press kit assembly, etc.

This is a non-paid internship. We are more than willing to sign off on hours for course credit. All interns receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation at the end of the internship.
