Creative Expansions, Inc., the company that hosts one of the premier Web sites for professional women—www.womenworking.com—is looking for a savvy marketing student to get hand-on experience in a variety of tasks: researching and pitching potential advertising opportunities, maintaining media kits and contact lists, developing cross-promotional ideas and other ways to increase the website’s reach, as well as some admin tasks. Someone with basic graphic design experience is needed—who knows Dreamweaver and Illustrator.

Students need to be based in the New York City area. They should be college or graduate students (not high school students)

If you love to write, want to get into multi-media, this is the internship for you. www.womenworking.com, one of the premier sites for professional women, needs an enthusiastic person who wants to make a difference in the lives of women.

This winter/spring internship would involve writing/researching articles, and helping to expand the reach of the website. Great learning experience for a self-starter! We take mentoring very seriously. If you can give at least 2 days a week and start right away, please apply. Must be computer savvy and have office skills, as there will be some administrative work. The website just re-launched in October, so this is an exciting time for us.
