The Write Approach Summer 2010 Internship

The Write Approach offers freelance writing services for businesses and individuals. We specialize in business to consumer writing in the lifestyle areas of fashion, travel, beauty, and health and fitness. We also work with non-profits in the areas of grant writing and fund raising.

They're looking for a creative, independent worker who thinks outside the box to help with social networking and marketing of a home-based, freelance writing business. Must be dedicated. I will be happy to invest time in you, but expect the same in return. While there will be some administrative work, the bulk of projects will be very hands-on. MUST be an excellent writer since you will be representing my brand and me. My clients are mostly small businesses and individuals in the lifestyle arena (health, beauty, fashion, etc), and non-profits. Work will be both on- and off-site allowing for some flexibility with class schedules.

Strong understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social networking sites. Be able to promote my blog and online articles. Must be an excellent writer and be able to adapt to my style, tone and voice. Interest in lifestyle writing a plus (fashion, beauty, travel, etc.). Must have own computer.
