There are a million ways to get the most out of an internship but no matter what the number one most important thing on that list would always be the same. This is something that seems so incredibly easy to do but honestly can be the most beneficial thing when you leave your internship. If you think about it your bosses have so much experience and so many things to teach you; not to mention they can end up being great future references! Another amazing benefit is that when you stay in touch with your bosses on a regular basis, you can go back to visit them and they will keep you in mind for any open positions with the company They are always there when you have a question, problem, or need advice. They become an awesome resource that you can use to help you get ahead and make connections. The list of pros is endless and there are zero cons to getting to know your boss, so when you are heading out to your internships keep this in mind!
