The iphone is giving dogs a run for their money when it comes to the title of mans best friend. This is largely because of the huge selection of apps that include everything from Instagram, to Temple Run to even an app that can help monitor your sleep cycle (how cool?!). Applications can also be useful when it comes to keeping you scheduled and saving you time. I’m here to share with you 3 apps that I have found most helpful with keeping me on track when I’m on the go.
1. Evernote- Meet Evernote, the holy grail of scheduling apps. Evernote is an application that lets you take notes, capture photos, create to-do lists and even record voice reminders. As if that’s not enough, this application is one that you can install across all of your electronics. For example, you can take notes on your phone, and they will be instantly updated to the application on your computer, so no matter where you are, you have everything you need to keep you organized!
2. Sparrow -Throw out that old Mail app and download Sparrow! The main aspect of Sparrow that is so helpful is how user friendly it is. In the application, you are able to combine multiple email accounts, without having to switch back in forth between inboxes. You can add separate signatures and it even gives a sort of profile photo to your account that others see when you email them. You can create color-coated folders to organize your mail and even star important emails. Everything is done by swipe – swipe sideways to delete an email, to go from message to message and even to navigate between folders. And although the $2.99 price tag is a tad annoying, the benefits of this app are well worth the three bucks.
3. Clear -If you are an obsessive list maker, Clear is the app for you. Clear is a list-making app with a simple, clutter free design. Unlike other apps, where you’re asked to put start dates, ending times and alarm notifications, Clear simply lets you type in your task, and delete it when it’s done. Its simple style makes it as easy to use as a pen and paper!
