As summer comes to an end, the dreaded season of getting ready for school begins. After putting so much effort into my junior year to get into college I am worried I won&t have anything left to get through my senior year. The hours of homework and studying will come back to haunt me, and I&m not sure I will want to put as much effort into it as before. I no longer have such a big goal to look forward to. Then I realize that at the end of this school year I will graduate high school and that in itself is a huge goal. After having one of the best summers of my life I realize how important it is to cherish every moment and not take anything for granted. So, this year my goal is to not worry about how much effort I need to put in, the long hours of studying, or the stress. My goal is to enjoy every moment before I walk across that stage. As I freshman I couldn&t wait to get out of high school and head to college but as a senior I want to cherish everything. My advice to anyone who is so ready to get out of high school is to slow down and ENJOY.
