The semester is at its peak and it’s becoming more difficult to squeeze in a quick workout. The good news is that you don’t have to worry about squeezing in an hour of exercise. An intense 12-minute circuit will do the trick! You can do this workout in the comfort of your own room for a study break.

Repeat this circuit with no stops to keep your heart rate up and maximize your time.

Minute 1: Jump Squats
Minute 2: Plank
Minute 3: Burpees
Minute 4: Pushups
Minute 5: Triceps Dips
Minute 6: Plank
Minute 7: Wide squats
Minute 8: Burpees
Minute 9: Pushups
Minute 10: Triceps Dips
Minute 11: Plank
Minute 12: Bicycle abs

Be sure to stretch and hydrate after this high-intensity sweat session. The best part about this workout is that you can stop at any minute mark depending on your schedule. The point is to make sure you are moving a little bit each day. It will help you focus better in all areas of your life, so it’s definitely worth the time!
