High School Ambassador from Lee M Thurston
Enthusiasm. Energy. Hunger. Ambition. All the qualities a person needs to make something of themselves. A person can strive for success at any age in their life, which is exactly why I’m making the most of my high school years. Not only do I strive to stay within the top 4% of my class, but I also make sure to take classes that will prepare me for my future. My number one career choice is Magazine Journalism, so I am doing all I can to get there. I am on the Yearbook/Newspaper, THTV News, and I write my own blog. I am a member of the AKA Teens (a community service group), Thurston’s Drama Club, the Varsity Softball team, and the Peer Mediators. I also send in stories to the Redford Observer. I am eager to try new things and I always strive for something fresh. I live by the mantra, “Don’t just dream for it, work for it”, and I am avidly applying for internships and contests.
