I always say email signatures are really important because it makes it easier for employers to reach out to you when they are interested. As an employer, I like to find all the information that I need in one place. There have been many times when I am rushing and need to contact a student, or need to know when a student graduates and I love it when it only takes a few seconds to look at their signature and get all the information that I need.
Every student’s email signature will vary depending on when they graduate and what organizations they are involved in.
