Spring came quick this year! Although it’s a great thing, and I’m enjoying the weather very much, I’m finding myself stressed out about what to wear for my upcoming internship interviews. I want to make sure I’m comfortable, and not too hot. But I also want to keep it appropriate, and keep the business attire look. The best way to do this is to include spring pieces, with business pieces as well. For example, pair a grey pencil skirt, with a short-sleeved hot pink blouse. You get the business attire in the skirt, and you get to show some color and personality with the hot pink blouse. This outfit will also keep you cool, and not too hot like some business attire does. Another good outfit for an interview is a pretty wrap dress paired with a flat. Wrap dresses are professional, and super cute. They flow, and they will definitely keep you cool during an interview. Pair it with a flat, and it’s perfect for spring. Another great idea for an interview is to take any plain colored dress, and pair it with a solid color blazer. Blazers are great and add a lot of professionalism to any outfit. So next time your going to an interview, make sure you plan accordingly so you aren’t too hot in these spring months to come.
