Interns Staying in Shape!

You probably all know, how hard it is after you start a full time internship, to find time for some exercise. Of course there are a lot of &excuses& you make up like &I do not have time any more&, &I am exhausted after work and do not feel like doing anything&, &the gym is too expensive or too far&, &I do not like going alone& etc
Well, I am happy to share with you the solution that I recently discovered…Cindy Crawford DVD – A New Dimension. You do not have to go to the gym, you can do this is your own living-room/bedroom, it is not expensive, does not require a lot of time and you can really see and feel a difference even after 1 month.
The workout is divided in 3 parts. Part A and B are each about 10 min and include a lot of stretching but also some really good fitness exercises. The good thing is that you can combine them, I did part A for the first week and now I am doing A and B every morning (except Sunday) for about 1 month and I feel great. Once a week I try to do part C (more intense workout for about 30 min) or go swimming.
Once you get used to it, it becomes part of your schedule and you will not be able to live without it! At least that&s what happened to me. If I would not have tried it out myself, I would not have believed how easy and great it is.
Bottom line, all you need is 20 min every morning (or evening if you are not a morning person) to start (end) your day in a healthy way, shape your body, and get centered for a long day at your internship! Who does not want to have Cindy&s legs?
