Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

The Creative Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting our creative department in design and production for our clients. During their time at Amplify Relations they will have the opportunity to experience many aspects of the creative department, including design and production. An ideal intern in this position is an imaginative visionary who is hands-on, passionate and eager to dive into new learning experiences.

The intern would receive training in all aspects of the agency creative process. The intern will be invited to participate in the brainstorming, creation and production phases of a project. Intern will have opportunities to work alongside industry veterans to learn how to operate industry leading creative software as well as engage in the trial and error of creating their own products. Finally, interns will see the work of the creative department come to live through audio/visual ads and printed collateral for clients.

Internship Description of Duties: 
Strong sense of design theory (color theory, typography, and layout) -Ability to accept constructive criticism as part of the learning process -Knowledge of Adobe Creative Programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustration, or Premiere Pro) highly encouraged -Video editing and sound editing knowledge a plus. - Participate in creative department brainstorming for existing and new business projects - Practice developing a creative point of view on real-world projects -Utilize various industry-leading programs to develop creative content
