Internship Description of Duties:
The Special Events Internship will begin in June and last for ten weeks, ending in early August to coincide with the height of our rental program, public programs, and summer benefit.
The Special Events Intern assists in the preparation and carrying out of our summer benefit, ArtCrush, and its related events, assists with preparing for public programs, and is on-site for AAM event rentals. For ArtCrush, the intern will assist in a variety of tasks including gift bag preparation and organization, registration, and helping with set-up. For the public programs and private rentals, the intern will assist with set-up and strike, as well as various tasks during the event. The intern is expected to work extended hours on event days.
