Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

The Office Administrator’s skills will include:

· Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Experience with supply lists and inventory management

· Self-directed and takes pride in thorough and accurate work

· Eager to undertake tasks, offer help, and follow direction

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills, highly organized

· Self-starter who is highly motivated to challenge themselves in an entrepreneurial environment

Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time college (two-year or four-year Bachelor's or Master's program, minimum 2.7 GPA) to receive college credit Or have recently graduated

Benefits & Perks: 

This internship position includes a $500 stipend toward meals/transportation costs. Course credit awarded upon completion.

Avenue Homes is located in Beverly Grove, just west of Hollywood. Our offices are walking distance from several prominent restaurants, coffee shops, and independent retailers. Available street parking and public transportation (#14 Metro bus line, Beverly/Poinsettia stop).

Intern Payment: 
Internship Description of Duties: 
The Office Administrator’s responsibilities will include: · Order office, cleaning and beverage supplies (weekly) · Scanning, printing, labeling, organizing files and construction plans (blueprints) · Clean, reorganize, and maintain shared spaces (kitchen, lobby, conference room) · Help move office furniture when needed (must be able to lift 50 lbs.) · Mail drops, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon delivery management
Hours Required: 
12-15 Hours Per Week
