The Blue Flame Agency (a Sean Combs Co.) is looking for energetic innovative interns to join our internship program. If you are continually on the cutting edge of the digital space and cultural trends, we are looking for you!

You will have hands-on experience with assisting in the preparation of creative/digital briefs and presentations, planning and execution of events, performing in-depth market research and competitive analysis for current and prospective clients. You will participate in real world digital marketing strategies to maintain consumer engagement for our products and brands.

The Agency Internship Program is an electrifying opportunity. You will learn extensive, behind-the-scenes knowledge of agency business and be a part of the diverse culture that drives this advertising marketing empire. We have available internship positions in the following areas:
