About MTA Network: 

MTA Network is a service provider company, located in the beautiful city of Qingdao. We provide Internships, Fulltime jobs, Teaching job opportunities, Chinese Visa services, China Homestay program, Chinese Classes, and Study in China programs within China by expats for expats!

Our company was established in 2014 and since then we have extended our market coverage from Qingdao City to the entire China. We currently work with over 50 National and International schools for teacher placements and over 30 National and International companies for internship placements.

Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

- Background in Business Development, HR, Communication, Account Management or Sales;

- Sales experience;

- Fluent in English both written and oral;

- Excellent communication skills.

Benefits & Perks: 

Benefits are negotiable, but every company we work with offers you a monthly stipend, some of the companies also offer accommodation and / or other benefits.

Internship Description of Duties: 
- Expanding, developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with partner companies; - Providing consultancy to companies regarding job placements; - Assessing suitability of partner companies; - Collecting, evaluating and revising job role descriptions in cooperation with partner companies; - Creating and implementing new strategies and methods to expand the company's corporate networking; - Attending networking events, seminars etc. to represent and promote the company and its business.

Full-Time
