Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

.Keen understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and interest in emerging social media platforms  

·Personal blog or experience writing online content a plus

·Deeply interested in social media and design

· Ability to excel at working in a fast-paced environment

· Extraordinarily organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator—both in person and online

Internship Description of Duties: 
Responsibilities • Participate and support a team with a blue-chip portfolio of clients • Join agency-wide Monday Morning Meetings, where company information and client updates are shared • Join regular team catch up meetings to understand and assign key roles and responsibilities for the week ahead • Assist with sample mailings for press requests or gifting and scheduling messengers • Assist teams with Social Media channels and updates relevant to industry and clients • Research for existing clients and new business opportunities – either via the internet, out and about visiting places • Identify and visit events and places of interest – exhibitions, installations, pop-up shops etc – and write Intelligence items for the company website • Attend client events and press launches where appropriate. Occasionally to be given a specific role, such as meeter/greeter and signing in guests • Support agency events with invitation lists, mailings, RSVPs lists • Read industry relevant magazines – trade and consumer – and share findings with the agency • Creating and updating media lists from Cision and Highrise • Assist team members in key day-to-day responsibilities such as: •General office administrative tasks; daily organization of magazine library and front desk assistance • Updating media grids and internal database system • Researching Editorial Calendars and updating the features document • Updating iPad with key client documents • Preparation of press materials ahead of a press briefing • Preparation of press cuttings for presentation to client • Preparation of reports for client meeting
Hours Required: 
15-30 Hours Per Week
