The Digital - CRM Intern will have an opportunity to experience, learn and support the digital team at CHANEL through CRM and email marketing.
Projects & Activities Include:
CRM Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to develop key insights and learnings
Email program development and analysis such as: Welcome, Reactivation, Opt-down
Competitive research
Email Request for Proposal process and possible implementation
Learning Objectives Include:
Utilizing client insights to develop key learnings and action points
Retain, engage and loyalize clients through various initiatives and programs
Omni-channel development
Operational effectiveness through database maintenance
Skills & Knowledge Prerequisites:
Digitally savvy, excellent PPT and Excel skills
Minimum Education:
MBA candidate
Minimum Experience:
2 – 3 years of working experience
Special Requirements:
Previous experience with eCommerce, CRM and Email Marketing preferred
