Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment:
We are looking for an organized, motivated self-starter who can meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines and who can multi-task. Applicants should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, AP style, and all major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. You should also be a master at using the Google Suite.
Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in English, journalism, marketing, graphic design, and/or new media. The internship may be taken for credit (preferred, but not required).

Internship Description of Duties:
Adventure Media & Events, a family of affiliated media companies reaching the toy, licensing, and entertainment industries, is seeking interns to create original digital content for thetoyinsider.com, thepopinsider.com, and our social media channels. An ideal candidate has a strong background in new media, graphic design, and editorial and/or branded content; loves to have fun; and has a strong voice with lots of energy! Responsibilities include writing blog posts and short news items for both websites, creating unique social media content across all platforms, designing new graphics for use on social media and the websites, and attending industry events with members of the editorial team.
