We’re looking for conceptual writers with an excellent range of voice. Make us laugh, make us cry, make us proud. As a Copywriting Intern at Tocquigny, you will get an inside look at the conception, writing, design and production of different projects across multiple media with an emphasis on digital. You will learn agency expectations through hands-on experience with our creative team. Most importantly, you write copy for real-world clients and receive valuable feedback to improve your writing skills. If you want to start your week off with breakfast tacos, end it with happy hour and use the rest of it to feed your portfolio something fresh, we want to shake your hand. Think you can do it? o Must be a junior, senior or graduate student
o Must be able to work approximately 12-15 hours per week
o Must have student or professional work samples (printed, Web-based, or PDFs) for review
o Must be enrolled in or have completed in an intermediate or advanced portfolio class
o Solid writing skills, an opinion on serial comma usage and a creative approach to projects
o The ability to research and write intelligently on unfamiliar topics for client and agency needs
o Must have superior attention to detail, organizational skills and a positive, energetic attitude
