Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
1 year of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a high volume role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Internship Description of Duties:
RESPONSIBILITIES --Perform basic billing duties, including completing customer transactions over the phone, issuing refunds as needed, researching past billing discrepancies and taking care of product exchanges .--Update customer databases, including contact details, past complaints and resolutions, billing information, and auto-shipment enrollment. --Analyze and set personal and departmental performance goals designed to improve customer satisfaction. --Assist management in coming up with attractive incentives and rewards for superior performance. --Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner with the primary goal of satisfying their needs and continuing to earn their business. -- Research data sources as necessary to verify accuracy and completeness of information and pro-actively seek additional sources when necessary to meet entry requirements. --Review previously cataloged data for errors during weekly reviews by comparing with source data and modifying fields as needed to fix errors or supply omitted information. --Develop and maintain a filing system --Create spreadsheets and presentations --Provide statistical and budget reports --Modifying fields as needed to fix errors or supply omitted information.
