Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment:

Strong conceptual thinking. Designers are expected to not just flawlessly execute teammates’ ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process.
A healthy design background: prior interactive experience (preferably agency experience), an intimate knowledge of industry tools, working knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator. Axure, Omnigraffle, Maya/3D software, After Effects a plus!
Solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
The ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team – so we need people who can get their marching orders and go as well as communicate and collaborate.
Confidence. You have the opportunity to come up with great ideas and work with other designers to see them through to the finish.
Hunger. Desire to push yourself towards pixel perfect design that solves business problems.
