Work in one of today’s hottest industries – digital media and interactive advertising! Mirror Digital is an interactive media company that reaches the multicultural market including African Americans, Asian Americans and Hispanic Americans.
We work with hot brands such as BET, Sony Pictures, and VH1, to be their key connection to the trendiest websites reaching urban consumers; as well as leading Fortune 500 companies like Ford Motor Company and Marriott.
Our digital advertising campaigns include ads platforms on websites, social media (Twitter & Facebook), mobile and everything else in the digital world.
We are looking for a self-motivated, fast learner who is eager to dive into the interactive advertising world and the fast changing social networking space.
Candidates need excellent reading, writing and math skills; basic web knowledge; basic Excel and PowerPoint experience is required. The desire to work in advertising, digital media and technology is critical, as this internship will be your stepping stone.
A typical day includes:
•Reviewing and analyzing our digital media partners such as Brown Sista’, The Source and Upscale Swagger to make sure we have their latest news and information.
•Using web resources and social media to research companies that might be our next big advertising or media partner.
•Learning about new and upcoming digital media properties, events, conferences and festivals to keep us “in the know” with what’s going on in the industry.
•Researching new mobile applications and other emerging technologies that we will use in advertising campaigns for our clients.
