DoSomething.org makes the world suck less. One of the largest global orgs for young people and social change, our 3.9 million members tackle campaigns that impact every cause, from poverty to violence to the environment to literally everything else. Any cause, anytime, anywhere.

Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

Overview: The DoSomething.org office has a fun, fast-paced, and quirky culture. Your work will be all about cultivating this culture and helping to share it with the world. You will have a hand on everything from internal events and operations, hiring, and employment branding.

What you’ll do:

Strategize ways to improve our employment brand by owning employer accounts including our jobs Twitter and LinkedIn
Review applications and help coordinate interviews for our job opportunities
Put together our weekly internal newsletter, The Tissue Issue, to keep staff up to date on the amazing work we do and office events
Office administration as needed including organizing our space and ordering office supplies
Help us focus on building a strong and diverse pipeline for open jobs and internships
Support the internship program as needed

What we’re looking for:

Strong written communication skills
A passion for corporate culture
HR, admin, or marketing experience preferred, but not required
Strong research skills and attention to detail
