Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

Overview: TMI is the awesome agency of that works with companies, not-for-profits, and governments to help them reach young people and fuel meaningful social change. Check out the TMI website for more info on what we do.

In this position, you'll be working with the agency team on both the business development front (creating and pitching new ideas for potential clients) and on the client services side (research, writing, etc.) supporting our existing projects.

What you’ll do:

Research and development for potential TMI clients - everything from global education to local teen health
Researching companies and brands that are relevant to a teen audience
Brainstorming new youth marketing and youth outreach ideas
Assisting in the management of our current client/sponsor relations
Helping create our weekly internal reports with teen insights and helpful data
Help manage TMI’s social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn)
Help develop strategies for client campaigns
Some administrative work as necessary

What we are looking for:

Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Confident working independently and taking ownership of full projects
Excellent communication skills: solid grammar, ability to convey message clearly, good telephone manner
Passion for social change
Interest in CSR, marketing, and everything data
Knowledge of pop culture and the teen trends of the moment
Be ready and able to produce client-facing documents and attend meetings with clients

Huge plus if you have experience with any of the following:

Social media implementation for a brand/company
Data analysis
Working at an agency or in another client-facing situation
