Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

Factory PR is actively recruiting dedicated, motivated, and passionate interns. For this particular internship, ideal candidates should possess a strong interest in the technology industry , as well as fashion, branding and social media. They should have a proven ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires great attention to detail and confidence in phone and e-mail communication. Photoshop ability is a plus, as is past fashion or tech PR internship experience. Candidates must be able to earn school credit, and work at least three full days per week.

What you can expect. As an intern, you are guaranteed a hands-on experience in the fashion PR industry. You will work directly with full-time members of Factory PR’s team and experience the inner-workings of an agency. You will also take part in a weekly class that focuses on different topics each week including social media, pitching, editorial advertising, trend forecasting, and more.
As the intern working in the tech department, day to day responsibilities of the internship include (but are not limited to):

Scanning and photoshopping press clips

Competitive research across both tech and fashion

Compiling and updating media lists

Updating bi-weekly and monthly client reports

Writing pitches

Planning and working events, including parties and fashion presentations/shows

Running errands on an as needed basis

Hours Required: 
12-15 Hours Per Week
