Nortrax, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Intern. Nortrax is a John Deere Construction and Forestry Equipment Dealer that’s headquartered in Tampa, Florida; we are 55 locations strong throughout eastern and central regions of the United States and Canada. Nortrax specializes in new and used equipment sales, equipment rental, and product support. This position will be located in Tampa, FL.
The Human Resources Intern will provide general administrative support to all functions of the department, including:
•Assist with filing, status updates, and reporting when needed
•Prepare, maintain, and update new hire/termination paperwork, forms, and general correspondence as needed
•Assist with recruitment postings, candidate scheduling, drug and background screening, and overall recruitment procedures as assigned
•Assist with Recruiting/Careers Video production
•Update and maintain personnel files
•Learn and update new HRIS
•Research as assigned
•The Intern must be currently obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business
•Good Microsoft Excel skills
•Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
•Strong organizational and time management skills
