Human Resource interns support the company on all projects related to recruiting the best Associates, training them, making sure they have the benefits they need and helping them to grow in their career. The HR department assists the company in driving innovation and productivity by setting up systems that help Associates work to their best potential and drive the company to greatness.
What you’ll do
- May be placed on Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Talent Development, HR Business Partner, or HR Operations team
- Support recruitment efforts and find the best people to work at Kohl’s
- Ensure that the company is offering the best possible benefits (Medical, Dental, 401k, Vision, Wellness)
- Partner with all departments to support training initiatives
- Gather and analyze data to make recommendations on future HR systems
- Participate in succession planning, associate relations issues, and talent management sessions
