Consulting Services:
Through responsive consultation with brand owners, retailers and manufacturers, we strategize how to use brand development and brand-extensions to optimize a brand’s evolution. LM brings decades of brand wisdom and campaign execution to its clients, having pragmatic, concrete knowledge of the field avoids gambling, plans for risk, and produces authentic products that generate significant profit.
Responsibilities:
Assist Team with general administration work, including:
Follow through to completion the sales/negotiation process - deal requisition/modification processing, credit information, contract processing, other documents required by Finance, Legal, Business Affairs or other Departments within the company.
Coordinate with Marketing & Creative Departments / distribute materials.
Regularly update licensee, client database(s) and prepare reports for Licensor/Clients.
Daily administration: sales materials preparation and distribution, and other administrative duties, as directed.
Brand Assurance (BA):
Review, coordinate and, if necessary, approve the submission of product designs or promotion layout.
Follow up with licensees to ensure timely submission of products for BA. Regular BA database update.
Provide consultation to all licensees on BA related inquiries.
Other duties as directed.
Requirements (what we are looking for):
Pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, finance, retail or related fields. Experience in sales, marketing, licensing or brand management a plus. Self-motivated, creative; can work independently, as well as a team player. Computer literate in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc. Strong interest in the areas discussed above and willingness to learn.
