Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

Paladin Marketing and Creative Staffing is currently looking for a Marketing Intern to start as soon as possible. The position is a max of twenty hours per week (flexible with class schedule.) Spring and Summer Internships are available!

Responsibilities:
- Contacting pre-existing candidates and establishing new relationships with future candidates
- Pulling leads
- Utilizing ZoomInfo to create and update contact lists
- Researching of prep kits
- Administrative duties
- Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Organizational needs
- Candidate profiles
- Scrubbing job descriptions
- Occasional client visits (depending on your performance)
- Interviewing candidates

Requirements:
- Enrolled in a university or a recent graduate, preferably with a Marketing, Business, Communications or Human Resource background
- Prior internship experience
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Responsible, self motivated and outgoing

Hourly rate negotiable and/or school credit

Hours Required: 
15-30 Hours Per Week
