Pasadena Magazine is looking for interns to support its Advertising and Sales Department
Interns will be exposed to all facets of the marketing efforts of a magazine: planning and tracking publicity and behind-the-scenes event planning. Intern duties will include maintaining RSVP lists, updating the master RSVP list after every event and participating in post event production.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is a must. Other basic computer knowledge in Office programs is helpful. Interaction with the Pasadena Magazine Sales Team and other departments will offer a good introduction to the publishing world. This is a fast-moving, dynamic work environment best-suited to students interested in: advertising, sales, communications, marketing, research or promotions.
