WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR, THE LABEL WAS PICKED UP BY TOP SPECIALTY STORES AND MAJOR DEPARTMENT STORES WORLDWIDE, AND THE SHOES QUICKLY GAINED A STRONG MEDIA AND A-LIST FOLLOWING. IN 2009 POUR LA VICTOIRE LAUNCHED HANDBAGS, WHICH ARE AS WELL AVAILABLE IN TOP DEPARTMENT STORES THROUGHOUT THE NATION. VMG PARTNERS’ 2011 ALLIANCE PROVIDED THE LABEL WITH A SOLID STRATEGIC GUIDANCE THAT ACCELERATED GROWTH AND RAISED BRAND AWARENESS. IN THE SUMMER OF 2013, POUR LA VICTOIRE APPOINTED ACTRESS CAMERON DIAZ AS THEIR ARTISTIC DIRECTOR. MS. DIAZ’S DEBUT CREATIVE CONTRIBUTION WILL BE EVIDENT IN THE FALL 2014 COLLECTIONS.

IN ITS ESSENCE, POUR LA VICTOIRE’S AESTHETICS IS ROOTED IN A CUTTING-EDGE, FEMININE AND ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH WITH THE AIM TO CREATE “A NEW CLASSIC”. POUR LA VICTOIRE SHOES AND HANDBAGS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH E-COMMERCE AND SOLD IN OVER A HUNDRED OF THE MOST EXCLUSIVE OUTLETS WORLDWIDE INCLUDING BERGDORF GOODMAN, NEIMAN MARCUS AND SAKS FIFTH AVENUE.

Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

Footwear Division:

The intern will work closely with the Creative Director and Design team.
He/she will help with research, mood boards, liaison between designer teams.

Responsibilities include:
Helping designers with market research, mood boards, colors and materials selections, filing, and communicating with factories and suppliers daily.

Should be proficient in Photoshop and Excel. Should be familiar with Mac Computers.

This Internship starts in September 2014.
