Primacy Suites provides temporary housing solutions to corporate companies, executives and individuals who are relocating and/or are in need of a short or long-term furnished rental property. We offer personal, white-glove service to individuals to ensure a stress-free and comfortable experience. Our specialty market is Boston and Greater Massachusetts but we provide temporary housing solutions nationwide given our strong partnership network. Primacy Suites is a candidate for Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) certification.

Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

Role Responsibilities

· Assist with researching and responding to sales leads and developing customer quotes

· Assist with marketing efforts including but not limited to website updates and marketing on social media


· Develop client promotional programs and associated marketing material

· Research and develop relationships with apartment communities, develop tracking mechanism and create

associated marketing materials

· Willing to travel locally to assist with apartment set-ups, quality inspections, and apartment move-outs

· Interact professionally with company partners, vendors, and clients when needed

· Attend daily team strategy calls

· Assist with updates in company CRM tool

· Attend industry events as applicable

· Willing to assist with other ad-hoc requests at direction of management


Skills, Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member

· Readily available via phone, email and face to face during working hours, sometimes at the last minute

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)

· Strong ability to remain focused and diligent if working remotely

· Proficiency in online marketing & social medial outlets (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat)

· Some experience or willing to learn online website building tools

· A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills

· Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education, ideally in Business
