Entertainment and lifestyle agency specializing in events, publicity, entertainment and digital marketing that builds brand awareness in a variety of industries, including fashion, film, beauty, luxury goods, and entertainment industries.

Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

This marketing internship will also consist of significant media monitoring and research, as well as editorial work. Some of these responsibilities include:

•Monitoring major news and entertainment outlets
•Researching stories, websites, blogs, and potential content and topics for postings
•Social Media Upkeep – Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, RSS, Google Plus etc.
•Assistance in multimedia production, including video tapings and photo shoots
•Pitching entertainment company news to media outlets and working to generate coverage
•Assistance in major 3-month viral marketing campaign
•Writing, Editing and proofreading
•Blog Outreach – Music, Celebrity, Entertainment
•Researching - Brands, Sponsorships, Events, News, and Marketing Trends
•Responding to internal and external requests for information
•Maintaining and contributing press and post information in excel and publisher
•Exclusive event planning

Qualifications:
•Majors in film, journalism, communications, marketing, art, graphic design, business, and public relations fields preferred
•Writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills
•Strong copy editing skills, a strong command of English spelling and grammar
•General computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) PC and MAC literate
•Demonstrates interest in music, entertainment, fashion and pop culture
•Be able to take direction but also take initiative
•Team player who is willing to pitch in and help out a definite plus — creativity welcome!
