Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

- Must be local to DFW area

- Very detail oriented

- Outgoing, positive and professional attitude

- Experience with Word, Excel, Google Docs is a plus, but not required

- Prior knowledge of various customer review platforms such as Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc. (doesn’t have to be in a business sense, but you understand how to use the platforms)

- Prior customer service or retail experience and a willingness to learn

Internship Description of Duties: 
Responsibilities include: - Assisting in the management of the client life cycle, from prospect to renewal stages - Data entry in agency management system - Opportunity to brainstorm and implement ideas for future retention strategies and improve client experience
Hours Required: 
12-15 Hours Per Week
