Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

**Must be local to DFW area

Skills Appreciated:

- Social media strategy

- Advertising/Marketing coursework or experience

- Interest in entrepreneurship 

- Interest in business in general


Skills Required:

- Very detail oriented

- Outgoing, positive and professional attitude

- Experience with Facebook and Instagram (doesn’t have to be in a business sense, but you understand how to use the platforms)

- Have a design eye and a willingness to learn

Internship Description of Duties: 
Responsibilities include: - Plan and execute our social content including creative strategy, photoshoots, monitoring campaign success, and reporting - Curate images to create beautiful Instagram and Facebook feeds - Learn how to generate business growth and client retention through client engagement on social media, monthly newsletters, and other outbound client communication - Assist in planning client appreciation events and industry events - Have autonomy to work as well as be a team player and suggest fresh new ideas for implementation *No prior knowledge of insurance is necessary and you will not be selling insurance in any way.
Hours Required: 
12-15 Hours Per Week
