Social Fleur, a talent driven content agency in Los Angeles, is looking for a​ Video Editor Intern ​responsible for the strategic development and execution of video pre and post production for talent driven social media channels for A-List celebrities, beauty and lifestyle brands.

Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 


●  Expertience in Video Editing / Production experience 

●  Knowlege of editing software systems, like Final Cut Pro, iMovie, or Adboe Premiere
●  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
●  Ability to remain calm, warm, professional and courteous at all times, even when faced with high maintenance personalities
●  Empathetic and uplifting personality
●  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
●  Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
●  Basic computer skills and comfort in using company’s CMS platforms
●  Willingness to work autonomously or as part of a team
●  Willingness and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as may be required
●  Understanding of major social media channels highly preferred
●  Interest in culture, style, entrepreneurial, and beauty trends is highly preferred
●  Previous experience working witht talent or style driven clientele is a plus

Internship Description of Duties: 
The Video Editor Intern will oversee the creation and development of video driven content, social media campaigns, curate and shoot content with talent, execute topline ideas, and engage daily with talent, PR, initiatives, product launches, philanthropic alignment, and day-to-day storytelling that messages to talent’s content pillars. The Video Editor Intern will work closely to ensure that video content capture is authentic, engaging, and ahead of trend. This position requires a creative and proactive individual who has a strong aesthetic, great execution strategy, and can work across multiple levels of approvals to get the job done. Extreme attention to detail is an absolute must. Must be a self-starter and able to jump into a fast paced environment quickly. We’re looking for an intelligent, self-motivated problem solver who’s experienced, who thinks ahead of errors or mistakes before they’re made, who has autonomy and ownership over their work, who researches solves before asking questions, who brings new creative solutions to the table, and who is results driven.
