Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment:
We are looking for a social media whiz who would like to deepen their knowledge of the ins and outs of social media marketing and optimization. You would create content, manage our accounts, and actively engage with followers. We have accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram) and would like to increase engagement in these places as well as on our blog.
This position is a definite resume builder with stats to put on your resume based on your achievements (increased engagement by X%, grew followers X%). Our customer base consists of creative writers, a fun bunch to interact with! A journalism and/or English major would be a huge plus. We prefer someone in the Los Angeles area so you can attend meetings and trainings but will consider someone out of the area. You must have EXCELLENT writing skills. You'll get to attend creative writing workshops for free, and this could turn into a paid position.
