Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

Our social media intern will be working directly with the President/Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer to help create and maintain a social media strategy for our company. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company and gain hands on experience that applies your social media knowledge to an agency environment.

You will be involved in:
content research, strategy and creation
researching new outlets for content distribution, media list compiling
optimization of content for search results
management of social media accounts
reporting of tracking and analytics of all content

be highly motivated, detail oriented, and able to work independently
have strong research skills
have strong writing and communication skills, and able to write about creative subjects
have experience with social media platforms for posting, tracking, and analyzing
be able to time manage and meet deadlines

Things that are considered a plus:
an interest in branding, design, or creative fields
knowledge of Philadelphia’s creative community

College credit will be given for completion of the internship program.
