P​ink Cilantro is a fast paced, rapidly growing Creative + Social Media
Marketing agency looking for interns to help with growing social media demands, as well as learn the ins and outs of the social media world. Interns will work directly with Social Media Manager and will be doing hands on work for the company, gaining valuable knowledge and experience.

Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern will support marketing Department. In this role, you’ll learn and contribute to everything from traditional social media campaign planning, analytics tracking, reporting and analysis to digital content creation including images and video for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.This internship is M­F the times vary but not to exceed 40 hours per week. We’re looking for someone who is excited, curious and energized to learn ALL aspects of social media.

Assist the Director of Marketing with the following tasks (but not limited to): Social Media:
● Support the creation of content calendars and planning and contribute to social media campaign planning and execution
● Take photos, record basic video and develop visual content for a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, Vine and Instagram
● Conduct competitive research, assist with social media analytics tracking and reporting, and contribute to ongoing social media analysis
● Provide day­to­day social media monitoring support; assist with building online presence through ongoing interactions with followers and fans
● Track social media metrics and efforts and provide dashboard updates

Special Projects and Events:
● Assist various departments on various special events, both internal and external
● Prepare and send out materials needed
● Participate in conference calls and meetings as needed
● Research special events for promotional opportunities
● Assist Creative Director with Basic Graphic Design and Collateral
● Work with various departments to assess project needs
● Use Adobe Creative Suites to update and create various materials
● Provide proofreading and editing
● File Organization
● Organize marketing files on Directors local drive and companies shared drive
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ● One year of administrative experience preferred
● Must have excellent internet navigation skills and data entry skills
● Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
● Able to read, interpret and edit documents
● Demonstrates the ability to problem solve
● Detail oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks while delivering results under
appropriate timelines

Hours Required: 
15-30 Hours Per Week
