Tech and Bowery is a startup company which was established in September of 2011. Our company builds eCommerce websites for companies and we manage the websites entirely. Website building, web designing, merchandising, marketing, SEO/SEM, Blog outreach, photography and data entry are the key essentials of the daily objectives. Our company has our own Content Management System which is the platform for all management tools to operate our websites.
Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment:
We would like to have another helping hand in our office and at the same time, we would like to teach others how to operate an eCommerce company. Areas we would like help in are: Merchandising, data entry, marketing (email blasts, banner updates), organizing weekly recaps, making creative material with photoshop and helping design new websites. Our office is in New York City in the Herald Square area. We would love to hear from anyone who has some experience in eCommerce (selling online), skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, photoshop, retail experience and at least a few college courses taken in the business/marketing field.
Our company is speedily growing and we are hiring new people every few weeks. Therefore, there is a possibility for a full-time position after completion of internship term. Any additional skills which can benefit our company and help grow our business, we would love to hear them.
