Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment: 

• Leave your mark on your assigned team during a 10-12 week internship
• Opportunities in Apparel, Footwear, Graphic, and Accessories Design
• Meet another teammate, expand your network, and gain additional perspectives on the Brand
• Learn from our senior leaders and ask questions about their experiences
• Make a difference locally by volunteering in the community with other interns and teammates
• Enjoy social events in and around Baltimore to experience what the city has to offer


•Problem solving skills: approach problems analytically and use data to drive decisions; offer solutions and think critically about business challenges
•Design skills: experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and submission of a portfolio for review
•Communication skills: collect, share, and present information effectively and concisely to audiences of all levels, internally and externally
•Multi-tasking and time management skills: balance competing priorities and deliver on commitments
•Passion: for the role, the work, the team, and the brand
•Commute or relocate to the location of the internship –most roles based in Baltimore, MD
•Able to complete a 10-12 week internship between May 16, 2016 and August 26, 2015
•Have or obtain authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship
•Be a current full-time college student with at least one academic term remaining following an internship
•Receiving an undergraduate degree between December ‘16 and May ’18
•Or completing an undergraduate program in May ‘16 and continuing immediately into a grad program in Fall ’16
Or completing a MFA in December ‘16 or later
