COOLHAUS is an architecturally-inspired ice cream company known for its innovative, premium made-to-order and pre-packaged ice cream sandwiches, ice cream bars, pints. COOLHAUS launched with one food truck at the Coachella Valley Music Festival back in 2009, and has grown to a fleet of 10 trucks in LA, NYC and Dallas, two brick and mortars in L.A., and a nationwide distribution business to 5,000+ gourmet grocery stores like Whole Foods and Safeway. Requirements/Necessary Skills for Recruitment:
We are looking for undergrad students in Portland, Denver, Ann Arbor, San Francisco, Boston, Raleighs, Tempe, Tuscon, Charlotte, DC, Buffalo, and Philadelphia. These interns must be serious and detail oriented, but also able to think creatively and have fun while accomplishing tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and knowledge of Word and Excel required. Must have access to a vehicle as this role will include weekly check-ins with local Coolhaus retailers (within 30mi radius). This person is a go-getter who is not afraid to take charge and manage projects. We expect this to be intense, but also extremely fulfilling and fun. We are in the business of ice cream and cookies after all!
Internship Description of Duties:
This job is for someone who is motivated and passionate, and will take a challenge as an opportunity to rise to an occasion and go above and beyond. The BA will work very closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams on generating activations and marketing campaigns on campus, fine-tuning pitches and outreach, and merchandising. Specific Responsibilities: • Coordinating and executing customer sampling and events on and near campus • Increase brand visibility by building relationships with influencers and seeding. • Communicating success stories, key learnings and other activities to Marketing and Sales Teams. • Visiting local (30mi radius) Coolhaus retailers to ensure all Coolhaus facings are stocked appropriately. All mileage will be reimbursed. • Work with the Sales Team to build and maintain Coolhaus sales accounts
