Here's a great opportunity for a writing intern to learn all sides of the business with an Emmy award-winning producer and writer of 12 books. Our company is dedicated to expanding the skills of interns who work with us. As a writing intern, your work will visible to potentially 17 million followers. You will have a chance to practice your writing skills as well as learning how to apply them practically in business. We take mentoring very seriously by focusing on enhancing your individual resume and boosting your employment opportunities. If you're interested in getting hands-on writing and business experience, this is the internship for you.

If you are an enthusiastic writer who's looking to grow your writing and marketing skills, apply NOW! This is a great learning experience for a self-starter who's learning how to use journalistic and editorial writing within a business. We offer an encouraging office environment with opportunities to expand your skillset.
Writing/researching 3-5 articles a week
Pitching story ideas based on trending themes/topics on similar pages
Learning the ins & outs of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
This is not a virtual placement; the person needs to be in New York City.
Can work at least 2 days a week in the office (10 am - 6 pm) for at least 3 months or until the end of the Winter/Spring semester.
Must be a good writer and have a positive attitude
The position is unpaid, but there is a stipend for local transportation (MetroCard) and we offer course credit
