YourTango.com is looking for a creative and motivated intern interested in a video and editorial position. You will act as the liaison between the video editor and the edit team and work on fun projects that combine the best of both worlds.
Brainstorm and contribute quality content under your own byline in the CMS (drupal)
Write copy and build posts for YourTango produced videos using a conversational tone (you will not be cutting/editing the actual videos)
Track weekly video views and top videos of the week to analyze patterns in what videos perform well on social
Help research quirky, fun and insightful YouTube vloggers and create posts around YouTube videos
Working on various video and editorial projects
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
Has strong writing skills and samples
Loves watching videos and catching up on the latest viral video trends
Is familiar with social media
